Author Guidelines and Submissions

The MVEO Workshop will be held in person from 23–26 November 2026 in Lancaster, UK. If you are unable to attend, you may nominate one of your co-authors (or another representative) to present the paper on your behalf. However, if neither you nor a representative is able to present the work, the paper will be withdrawn and will not be included in the workshop proceedings.

1. Prepare the anonymous, 14-page (references excluded) submission using the BMVC template and following the paper guidelines.

2. Submit at CMT.
The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

The paper submission deadline is Monday, 31 August 2026, author notification Monday, 21 September 2026, camera ready TBD. All deadlines are 23:59, GMT.

All accepted papers will be part of the official BMVC Workshop proceedings. Please, check here for last year's workshop proceedings.
